Manlius Illinois is located in Northwestern Bureau County, 47 miles east of Davenport Iowa and 108 miles west of Chicago Illinois. The current population of the village is 350. Manlius is a quiet, friendly, small town community in a great rural setting. The community has a very active historical society, rolle bolle and sportsman's club. The consolidated high school (Bureau Valley Storm) is located just outside the city limits. Post Office Plan Implementation: It has been determined that effective 01/12/2013, the Manlius PO will provide 4 hours of window service each weekday (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.), Saturday window service will keep current schedule, (8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.)
